In meiner Lieferung befand sich eine ungenießbare, nullriechende Durianfrucht, die nach 3 Tagen auch nicht nachreifte und die ich nur wegwerfen konnte. Das kann vielleicht mal passieren, aber dass keiner auf alle meine Beschwerde-E-Mails (drei Stück) reagierte und telefonisch niemand erreichbar war, spricht nicht für diesen Online-Shop im Falle einer Reklamation! 65 Euro weg für nichts! Hände weg!
Leider ist ein Teil der Früchte bei der Ankunft schon schlecht gewesen, sodass man sie nicht mehr probieren konnte. Bei dem Preis leider sehr sehr ärgerlich. Schade!
Ich hab 3 Durians bestellt. Auf der Website steht, dass 1 Frucht 2.7-3kg wiegen würde. Ich habe alle 3 gewogen. Es waren bei allen 3 nur 2.1-2.2kg gewesen. Habe Obstwelt kontaktiert,jedoch keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Sehr schade, für den stolzen Preis und nicht dem Kilopreis entsprechend. Es fehlen ca.2kg nach richtiger Berechnung. Falls die Frucht nur soviel wiegt, sollte man nicht auf der Website damit werben. Wenn nur eine Frucht 2.1 kg wiegen würde, würde man noch ein Auge zudrücken. Aber bei allen 3?? Das ist schon abzocke.
Gut verpackt, schnelle Lieferung. Der Geruch hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen
