Where is my order?
When you ship from our site, you'll receive a tracking link and a tracking number. These allow you to easily monitor the status of your package with the responsible shipping company and, if necessary, authorize delivery.

During the warm summer months, we only offer the two express methods for reasons of quality and freshness.
Do you have something to complain about?
Please send Complaints within 12 hours after receiving your package to info@obstwelt.com. To process your claim, please send us photos and the weights of all affected products. We will review your complaint and get back to you within a few days.

We ship your orders from Monday to Thursday inclusive
What happens if my order is incomplete?
You will receive an email listing the unavailable items, and we will refund the corresponding amount to your original payment method. This refund will be processed within 5 business days.
If you notice that something is missing from the list, you can report it at any time to info@obstwelt.com.
What if I'm not at home?
Using the tracking link we'll send you, you can easily track your package and, if necessary, authorize it to be left there. This ensures that your package will be delivered even if you're not there.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, cancellation of an order after purchase is not possible. We order fresh products directly from our suppliers based on your orders. This process guarantees that you always receive fresh goods.
How long will my package take to arrive?
The shipping time varies depending on the shipping service provider selected:
