The mango is believed to have originated in the southern slopes of the Himalayas

Mangoes have flesh that is difficult to separate. The flesh sticks to a pit that is inedible.

The queen of fruits provides us with a rich supply of vitamins B, E and C, provitamin A (hardly any other fruit provides more)
